For over two years I shared my living space with rain and mold which moved in on the damp walls and ceilings. To create an eviction ice cream menu I used activated charcoal, Oreo cookie crumb, blue cheese and a few other ingredients to recreate the patterns of damp walls, leaking ceiling, black mold, peeling paint and plaster, all found around my flat where I lived at the time. Eviction ice cream was given out on the street to passers by in front of the letting agent shop which failed us.
